The refer a friend program extends to family members, neighbors, coworkers, or anyone you know who might be interested in purchasing a home in one of our communities. The referred customer must be someone who has not previously contacted our sales team.
Your referral bonus will be processed and paid at the closing of your referral's home purchase. Payment typically occurs within 30 days of the closing date, after you have completed the required W-9 form.
The amount varies depending on the types of referrals. You'll receive $2,000 for referring friends or family who purchase a new Cove home, and $250 for referring someone who purchases a pre-owned home. The bonus amount depends on the type of home your referral purchases.
Following the correct referral process is key to earning your bonus. To qualify for the referral rewards bonus, you must submit your referral form before your referral contacts our sales team, or the form must accompany their initial inquiry. Referrals who have already been in contact with our sales team may not qualify for the bonus.
Yes, the customer referral program has some exclusions: referral bonuses cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
